Fiona Davies - President
Fiona has been a dedicated member of The Inclusion Circle (TIC) for 10+ years, including four on the Executive Committee – two as Vice President. In 2022, she led TIC’s pro bono rebrand (from NEEOPA) with agency Six Black Pens. With deep Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) expertise and a strong respect for TIC’s 40 year legacy, Fiona is well positioned to lead the Executive Committee and help shape its future.
Fiona has 15 years leading DEI strategies in corporate, NGO, and professional services sectors. She has deep subject matter expertise across all aspects of DEI, and her broad network help to keep her aware of DEI trends and legislative changes. She’s skilled in building trusted relationships and effective partnerships, calm under pressure, and has a great sense of humour!

Carly Wilkinson - Vice President
Carly has been a member of The Inclusion Circle (TIC) for four years and now serves as Vice President after a year on the Executive Committee. She values the network’s rich learning and growing impact on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practitioner community, and considers it a privilege to give back to this network.
As Executive Director at Symmetra, Carly brings 20+ years of global DEI experience with a strong focus on digital and scalable learning and leadership development. She’s worked globally across diverse sectors in legal, financial services, tech, healthcare, FMCG, and non-profits, supporting clients like Meta, Unilever, Credit Suisse, World Food Program, and Moët Hennessy. This breadth gives Carly insight into what makes inclusive practice work in different contexts.
Her thought leadership, keynote speaking, broad network and facilitation expertise make her a strong contributor to TIC’s ongoing growth.

Susan Whillas - Treasurer
Susan is The Inclusion Circle’s Treasurer and former Vice President, where she co-led the member engagement working group, championed emerging leaders through leading the Observership Program participants, and strengthened TIC’s structure and sustainability.
Over the next year, she aims to deepen member connection through targeted learning and peer exchange, to enable TIC to remain a credible force for equity and inclusion across Australia for the next 40 years.
With 30+ years’ experience in inclusion and cultural change, Susan helps organisations to reduce risk, build psychological safety, and embed inclusive leadership. A strategic facilitator and cultural advisor, she helps move teams from vision to action.
She speaks six languages – including an Aboriginal language from the Kimberley – bringing a deeply intercultural approach to her work which supports diverse communities, and organisations, to navigate difference, find connection, and act with integrity.

Alpana Modi Tyson
Alpana has been a member of TIC’s Executive Committee for three years prior to her appointment this year.
Alpana is Lead Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) at Australian Red Cross, where she co-developed the 2023–2027 I&D Strategy and I&D Policy and delivered I&D inductions to 600+ staff. Her previous roles span the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department, Australian Human Rights Commission, and various Victorian Government departments.
As a woman of colour, she’s a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion across workplaces and communities. A 2024 Empowerment Summit speaker and 2022–2023 Woman of Colour Mentor, Alpana brings strengths in thought leadership, diverse thinking, event management, and connecting through stories.

Chloe Piazza
This is Chloe’s second year on the TIC Executive Committee. From the first moment Chloe attended an Inclusion Circle forum, she knew she wanted to be part of the Committee, to continue developing her own DEI capability, and network with likeminded individuals. After a year settling in, Chloe is looking forward to networking and helping bring more members in.
Chloe loves working with people. As a collaborator, she enjoys bringing people together. Relatively new to DEI, Chloe was first exposed to this work at Fairfax Media several years ago while in Talent Acquisition. There, she began incorporating DEI into processes and took every opportunity to educate the business on the benefits of creating diverse teams. She developed a DEI training program for hiring managers which was also delivered to emerging leaders. Since then, Chloe has worked across a broad range of DEI initiatives including WGEA, RAP, and Pride.

Darshana Parekh
Darshana is in her first year on The Inclusion Circle (TIC)’s Executive Committee, drawn by its blend of bold thinking and grassroots action, powered by peer learning and lived experience. She’s eager to co-create forums that inspire, educate, and deepen member engagement through storytelling and strategy. Darshana is confident that her unique strengths and experiences will further TIC’s impact, while she learns from this community of practice.
With 15+ years’ experience as a commercial lawyer and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Darshana brings legal acumen and access to networks, governance skills, and deep commitment to equity.
Darshana’s mission is to help people have courageous conversations and drive equitable workplace change. She’s delivered inclusion strategies for Canon Oceania, including Women in Leadership workshops, myth-busting webinars for senior leaders, and worked with their DEI Council and Employee Resource Groups. Darshana also delivers workshops to provide under-represented communities with tools and resources, to realise their identity is a leadership style and strength.

Diane Samaroo
Diane joins The Inclusion Circle (TIC)’s Executive Committee this year, drawn to the alignment of TIC’s mission with her own values. She believes that serving on the Executive Committee will enable her to use her skills and experience to support practitioners, amplify healthy Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practices, and support the network’s future.
Diane brings 10+ years of Human Resources and DEI expertise, with demonstrated results building inclusive, high-performance cultures and managing transformative change across a diversity of industries. These include pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, IT services, communications technology, aerospace, and energy.
Diane’s strengths lie in HR and DEI strategy, change leadership, and program design. In her work, she is always guided by empathy and understanding, and is deeply committed to advancing DEI within organisations and the broader community.

Jason Teoh
Jason has been a member of The Inclusion Circle (TIC) Executive Committee for 2 years.
With 15+ years in Human Resources and four years dedicated to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Jason provides expertise in leadership development, learning, organisational development, change, and performance management. He has led projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and ANZ. Jason has contributed to AHRI NSW as convenor of the Learning & Development network, and committee member of the Organisational Design network.
Jason brings a deeply personal and professional connection to DEI, shaped by his lived experiences as a person from a minority racial background who experiences disability, and is neurodivergent. Though he entered DEI by chance, it was the first role where he could fully integrate his identity and lived experiences into his work.
His key interests include power and privilege, neurodiversity, women’s empowerment, and psychological safety.

Roxanne Hecker
This is Roxanne’s first year as a member of the Executive Committee. She hopes it will enable her to continue her journey in the DEI space, as well as gain valuable experience in being on a non-profit board. Her broad skillset will allow her to support The Inclusion Circle (TIC) and connect with open-minded people who are interested in moving the DEI needle.
Roxanne is the Chair of Telstra’s Mosaic Employee Resource Group, focused on multicultural and ethnically diverse communities. Professionally, she is a generalist with a background in marketing and advertising. She is skilled in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. She also works as a project manager / producer, experienced in running campaigns and keeping things on track.
Roxanne is an experienced event manager and project manager, currently helping plan a large immersive weekend for her Māori language course. She is meticulous with details and using data to help stakeholders see how a campaign has created impact.

Samantha Webster
Samantha has previously served on The Inclusion Circle (TIC) Executive Committee for two years. She has advocated for workplace and societal change, influencing industries, members and peers through leading practices, equitable policies, and performance standards. As TIC approaches its 40th year, she’s committed to focusing on member engagement, value, growth, and impact.
Samantha is a passionate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) leader with 20+ years of experience gained across Australia, UK, and USA, working in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Her approach is grounded in human rights and inclusion, and she brings strategic expertise to embedding DEI into organisational culture and governance. She has an Honours Degree in Education and multiple post-grad certifications. She is a qualified executive coach and skilled facilitator. She effectively engages with C-suite executives and board members, embedding DEI principles at the highest leadership levels to drive sustainable change.

Stephanie Zuniha-Maher
Stephanie is relatively new to The Inclusion Circle (TIC). This is her first time on TIC’s Executive Committee. She credits attending TIC forums with deepening her Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practice, through learning alongside thoughtful peers. She is committed to embedding inclusion into everyday practice.
With over 20 years of experience across People and Talent Acquisition, Stephanie has led DEI initiatives at NSW Treasury, Canva, Splunk, and Peoplebank. She’s known for her ability to engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and influence outcomes. Originally from Washington, DC, her intersectional and cross-cultural lens helps her to connect with people at all levels.
Giving back and helping communities thrive is at the heart of what she does. Stephanie has held many volunteer and community leadership roles and lent her expertise across People, Talent and DEI to many forums, panels, and podcasts.
